We do our best to ship orders out to the address as provided by the customer within 24 hours, Monday through Friday by 2 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Once your order is processed and completed we will provide you with a tracking number via E-mail. All orders can be directly tracked through Canada Post tracking which you can find here – https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $140. The free shipping option should present itself in the form of an option during checkout, as soon as the total amount reaches $140.
All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpress Post and usually take 2-3 business days to deliver.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defect. We prefer not to accept returns of our product due to the fact that we cannot resell it. Although we will listen to all cases, should the need arise, refunds may be possible within 15 days of purchase. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us at [email protected] and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise that we can intercept it though if its already been processed.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you are missing an item, or the item you receive is damaged then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. If a refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items.
As most issues can be solved easily, we take chargebacks very seriously and will consider them fraud. Chargebacks will be taken to the full extent of law, and will subject the client to being put on the no sell list.
